On October 26 (Sun), we will be hosting HIC World Experience Day, an event to experience different cultures and engage in international exchange!
We will create booths representing various countries at the venue, allowing visitors to enjoy a “trip around the world” experience.
Would you like to chat with local visitors and share about your home country at one of the booths?
Please share any ideas that both children and adults can enjoy together!
Come join us in making this international exchange event exciting and fun!
We will review the application details and select volunteers accordingly. You will be notified by email at a later date whether you can participate.

●Date＆Time： October 26 (Sun)　9:30am～4:30pm
※ The event runs from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm
※ There will be breaks such as lunchtime
● Location： Hiroshima International Center (Hiroshima City, Naka-ku, Naka-machi8-18, Hiroshima Crystal Plaza 8F)
● Honorarium： 4,000 yen
● Transportation expenses： We will pay for your transportation roundtrip
● Application Requirements：
(1) Foreign residents in Hiroshima Prefecture
(2) Able to hold simple conversations in Japanese
(3) Must be able to attend the event on the day

● Examples of Volunteer Activities：
＊Talk with visitors in your native language or in English. (For those of you with basic conversation skills in Japanese)
＊Bring traditional items/clothes and introduce them to visitors.
＊Host workshops featuring crafts related to your culture.
＊Introduce traditional games from your country and play them with visitors
