１月26日（日）の「雪生活イベント」に参加される方へのお知らせです。

Information for those who will participate in the “Let’s play in the snow event” on January 26th (Sun).

１　緊急連絡　 Emergency notice

イベントまでに雪が降らない場合は、スキー場（人工雪）で雪遊びをする予定です。

この場合、広島駅、広島クリスタルプラザへの到着時間が当初の予定よりも40分程度遅くなりますので注意してください。

雪が降らない場合のスケジュールを下記に記載していますので、確認してください。

If it does not snow before Sunday, we will go to a ski resort for part of the event (with artificial snow). In this case, please note that the arrival time at Hiroshima Station and Hiroshima Crystal Plaza will be about 40 minutes later than originally planned. Please refer below to the altered schedule, which will be used if it does not snow.

いずれかの場所に集まってください。なお、集合時間は必ず守ってください。

３　注意事項　Notes

①　このイベントに行けなくなったときは、必ず事前に連絡してください。
　　事前連絡なく、キャンセルされた場合は、今後のイベントには参加できません。

If you are unable to attend this event, please contact us in advance. If you cancel without prior notice, you will not be able to participate in future events.

②　イベント当日は、バスの集合時間を守ってください。

Please observe the bus meeting time on the day of the event.

③　イベント当日、やむを得ず遅刻する場合は、緊急連絡先に必ず連絡してください。遅刻した時はバスに乗車できない場合があります。

If you are unavoidably late on the day of the event, be sure to contact the emergency contact number. If you are late, you may not be able to board the bus.
