11月3日「HIC世界体験デー」の外国人ボランティアを募集します！
Recruiting foreign volunteers for the HIC World Experience Day on November 3！

11月3日（日・祝）に、異文化体験・国際交流ができる「HIC世界体験デー」を開催します。
On November 3 (Sunday・Holiday), we will be hosting HIC World Experience Day, an event to experience different cultures and engage in international exchange!

来場される地域住民のみなさんに、母国のことについて話したり、紹介したりしてみませんか？
Introduce and speak to locals about your home country!

子どもも大人も一緒に楽しめるワークショップやゲーム、歌・踊り・楽器の披露など、アイデアがあれば教えてください！
If you have any ideas on workshops/games for children and adult, or any songs, dances or instruments you would like to perform/showcase, please let us know!

私たちと一緒に国際交流イベントを盛り上げてくれる方をお待ちしております！

申込内容を見て、ボランティアに参加いただく人を決定いたします。参加できるかどうかは、後日メールでお知らせします。
We will take your application information into consideration and select volunteers. The selection results will be notified later by e-mail.

• 日時/Date＆Time： 11月3日(日・祝)　午前9：30～午後4：30 / November 3rd (Sunday・Holiday)　9:30am～4:30pm
  ※お昼休憩などの休憩もあります。There will be breaks such as lunchtime
• 場所/ Location： ひろしま国際センター（広島市中区中町8-18　広島クリスタルプラザ6F）/
  Hiroshima International Center (Hiroshima City, Naka-ku, Naka-machi8-18, Hiroshima Crystal Plaza 8F)
• 謝金/ Compensation： 4,000円（半日の場合は2,000円）/　4,000 yen (For half-day 2,000 yen)
• 交通費/Travel expenses： 往復の交通費をお支払いします。/　We will pay for your transportation roundtrip
• 応募条件/ Application Requirements：
  (1) 県内に住んでいる外国人 / Foreign residents in Hiroshima Prefecture
  (2) 日本語で簡単な会話ができること / Able to hold simple conversations in Japanese
  (3) 当日必ず来ることができる人 / Must be able to come on the day of the event
• 募集人数/Number of people collected： 6名程度　/　About 6

• 過去の例/ Examples of duties：
  ＊母国語で参加者とおしゃべりをする。（日本語でも簡単な会話ができる方）
  Talk to participants in your native language (For those of you with basic conversation skills in Japanese)
  ＊母国の民芸品や衣装を持ってきて、紹介する。
  Bring traditional items/clothes and introduce them to participants
  ＊切り絵/おりがみをするワークショップなど
  Paper cutout art / Origami workshop
  ＊母国のゲームを紹介して参加者と一緒に遊ぶ
  Introduce and play with participants the games of your home country
  ＊母国の歌や踊り・楽器の演奏
  Singing, dancing and playing musical instruments of the mother country
